Each day is a new beginning. We open our eyes to renewed mercy every twenty-four hours. Every thirty or so of these drags us into a new month, yet another beginning. Add to that semesters, quarters, and all sorts of divisions in time. None of them bring with them the hope that each new year does.
Tonight, I heard,
This year, I’ll . . .
Dreams and regrets drive with the same amount of force. They both compel us to say, “This Time”. I hope that for all of you, this year is the year that you get “it” done. I hope you can happily reflect on accomplishments and celebrate 365 days from now. To do it, you need to start today.
We got another new beginning. Here’s to making something happen.
